摘 要
本方案集话音通信，数据通信，视频连接于一体并根据公安部最新颁布的“安全防范验收规则”的要求及有关设计规范，综合枣庄国税局办公楼的实际情况，精心设计了综合布线系统和安全防范系统。针对大楼的功能需求，依据国家和国际标准规范，以及对办公自动化系统和计算机网络的要求，综合运用电子信息技术、计算机网络技术、安全防范技术等确定各子系统的目标、功能；系统设备和用户设备安装位置、连接介质的种类、管线分布路由、信息插座的数量及其分布；预测未来数年扩充可能性；评估系统可靠性；提出综合布线的方案和安全防范系统设计方案。按标准计算系统的材料。实施后的布线系统将为数据、语音通信提供实用的、灵活的可扩展的模块化介质通路。安全防范系统设计方案在大楼内部的重要出入口（如楼梯口）、重要房间（如领导办公室、财务室、档案室、重要设备机房）设置探测点，采用不同机理的探测器，满足不同的防范要求，构成先进、可靠、经济、配套的安全技术防范体系。

ABSTRACT
The scheme gathers voice communication and data communication and video carrier, according to the latest acceptable rule of safety countermeasures promulgated by the department of public safety and design standard, at the same time, it synthesizes the fact of ZaoZhuang tax bureau building, and it designs the Premises Distribution System and the Security System. In order to meet the need of ZaoZhuang tax bureau, conforming to the international standard and the require of the Office Automation System and the Internet of Computer, applies the rule of safety countermeasures and the technical of internet computer. Determines the target and function; the position and quantity of systems are placed; forecasts the enlargeable of system in the future; appraises the reliability of system; gives the scheme of the Premises Distribution System and the Security System. According to the criterion to calculate the cost of system. The Premises Distribution System will offer the flexible and practical media circuit for the voice communication and data communication. The design of safety countermeasures places some detecting instruments in the important port and important room. It uses some detecting instruments with all kinds of mechanism to meet the need of precautions against; it constitutes the advanced and reliable security technical against system.
